The Stone Crazy Blues Band have released 2 cd's pictured at left, Barnyard Boogie and the recent release Microstoned. Barnyard Boogie is a "traditional" blues album. Before the recording Chris had started playing lap slide for a year or after playing standard slide for almost 20 years. The sound of the lap steel is featured throughout the album. The 12 Tone Ultra Plus was also introduced for one song on this recording. Read more about Barnyard Boogie here.

With the release of Microstoned the band has really set itself apart from other blues bands and bands in general by devoting a full length recording to alternative temperament systems. Featuring the 12 Tone Ultra Plus and Fretless guitars and basses the band using tonalites that are seldom heard in Western music and combines elements of drone/meditative music with heavy guitar oriented blues that is unique in its' approach.
